The Workforce Development Specialist will help team members enhance their skills knowledge and abilities to allow for career growth within the organization. Responsibilities will include designing training programs conducting needs assessments providing career counseling and advising on education and training opportunities. This role will also include identifying securing and managing grants that support workforce development initiatives within our organization.

Bachelors Degree Required
35 years experience in workforce development specifically in career training and development or organizational development roles preferably in a healthcare educational or corporate setting. Ability to provide guidance to individuals on career paths skill development opportunities and strategies for achieving career goals.
