    A PMO Services Associate is a vital member of the program management team responsible for managing the NPI product life cycle system (Daptiv) supporting and organizing the RCLP gate review process supporting projects by overseeing administrative tasks communicating with stakeholders managing R&D PO process and ensuring project tasks are executed and completed efficiently.

    How you will do it:

    • Assist the Program/Product Management team in handling daytoday operational activities related to Daptiv.
    • Schedule RCLP meetings document proceedings and generate reports.
    • Foster crossteam collaboration to complete requested tasks.
    • Ensure monthly revenue and expenses are recorded in Daptiv with utmost accuracy.
    • Project creation and/or updates as necessary following RCLP and ZBB reviews.
    • Coordinate the purchase requisition and invoicing processes
    • Record project expenses and create monthly labor and expense reports for the PMO team
    • Utilize experience and judgment to strategically plan and accomplish objectives engaging in diverse tasks.
    • Execute tasks with quality and timeliness whether under direct supervision or independently.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across teams.
    • Use strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks at a moments notice.
    • Uphold organizational values by escalating issues to appropriate managers sharing best practices serving as a brand advocate and mentoring others to foster a supportive work environment.

    What we look for:

    • Bachelors degree preferred Business Administration
    • 5 years of professional experience in data management
    • 3 years of experience working in the PMO environment
    • Creating and enforcing policies for effective data management
    • Formulating techniques for quality data collection
    • Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity manage change effectively transition priorities and make sound decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Access Word PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with strong analytical writing and presentation abilities.
    • Strong conflict management and critical thinking skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and technical accuracy.
    • Outstanding organizational and technical competencies.
    • Effective interpersonal and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication problemsolving and change management skills.
