Job Description
Job Summary:
TriState Health is recruiting for an Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team! The Supervisor will have over sight of the Environmental Services team and will report to the Director of Infection Prevention. Dutiesincludes personnel equipment procedures and other functions involving the Environmental Services Department. Assigns employees to specific tasks and keeps time records. Trains personnel demonstrates new techniques and equipment and monitors the performance of assigned staff to assure departmental and TSMH policies and procedures are being followed at all times. This is a working supervisory position and will take an active role in the day to day duties as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written/verbal interpersonal communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills are required. Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 25 years of prior supervisory experience preferred
- Hospital Experience desired
