Internship is working onsite Monday Friday in Kalamazoo MI.
Role Description:
OPERATIONS EBR SPECIALIST INTERN
KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN
Internship Summary:
The intern will partner closely with assigned colleagues within the EBR (electronic batch records) specialist team to author electronic batch records in the PASX system to support value stream operations. The intern will also work closely with tech services operations and quality on cross functional teams for PASX projects and updates.
Internship Job Duties:
- Research batch record needs for new product launch items or process changes (material changes equipment upgrades/capital improvements process improvements etc.)
- Consult process subject matter experts for input
- Design & build/author electronic batch records
- Update records as needed
- Route documents for approval
Internship Qualifications:
- Personable and able to comfortably communicate with all levels of management
- Able to work in a fastpaced and complex organization
- Possesses strong problemsolving skills and is detail oriented
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Computer/Technical proficiency
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in a Science Field
- Enrolled in a degree program during the Spring term preceding internship.
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate studies and a 3.0 GPA or higher.
- At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically residing in the U.S for the entirety of the internship.
The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position:
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Associatelevel degree: $16.00 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing an Undergraduatelevel degree: $20.00 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursing a Graduatelevel degree: $32.50 per hour
If the selected candidate is a student pursuing a Doctoratelevel degree: $36.00 per hour
The following hourly pay rates reflect the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in California Connecticut District of Columbia Illinois (Chicago area) Massachusetts New Jersey New York Washington (Seattle area):
Student pursuing an Associatelevel degree: $17.00 per hour
Student pursuing an Undergraduatelevel degree: $22.00 per hour
Student pursing a Graduatelevel degree: $36.40 per hour
Student pursuing a Doctoratelevel degree: $40.30 per hour
