Position Overview
The Crew Leader is a fulltime yearround production role for those who have at least two years of relevant experience. The employee spends most of the time in the field managing crew members and quality of work. This role transitions to ice/snow removal duties during the Winter.

DaytoDay Stuff
- Perform the work requested in the timeframe requested and to the level of professionalism demanded by members of Team Perficut
- Provide leadership and inspire a team of 2 3 crew members to complete required tasks with special attention placed on quality standards and adherence to safety program
- Lead crew members in the primary duties of mowing trimming edging turf areas and blowing off hard surfaces/structures
- Demonstrate expertise in operating equipment and tools needed to perform daily tasks
- Provide training to new crew members
- Perform light maintenance on equipment needed to perform daily tasks
- Provide verification of crew hours worked
- Accurately complete project paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
Characteristics Needed to Succeed
- Valid drivers license and the ability to be added onto companys insurance policy
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Achieve any department required certification within 45 days of placement
- Demonstrate mastery of skills gained through prior training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers and teammates
- Able to assess situations and make appropriate decisions
- Proficient using basic infield technology
- Must be able to work in a safety aware environment
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Regular and prompt attendance required
- Ability to work outside regular business hours as needed

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the employee will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate. The noise level in the work environment can be loud; vibration levels are moderate.
