Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Provides change management support for defined initiatives and projects.
May lead smaller and/or less complex projects.
Supports change impact analyses assessing readiness for change and identifying key stakeholders.
Contributes to the identification of potential change resistance and supports development of strategies / tactics to overcome anticipated resistance.
Collaborates with change management team members and stakeholders to create actionable deliverables for:
o Communication
o Sponsorship
o Coaching
o Training
o Resistance management.
Provides coaching for changeassociated project teams and for impacted managers supervisors and other stakeholders.
Schedules and delivers training as required.
Works with change management colleagues to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Tracks and reports identified issues.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 46 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Fluent Spanish speaking and writing highly preferred.
This role may require access to exportcontrolled commodities and technology. Therefore to conform to U.S. export control regulations applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
