Job Description
Position Description Training Development and Delivery Specialist required to create and deliver training materials.
Employment Type Contract
Location: Remote Occasional Travel as Required to Philadelphia area
Job Description:
Training resources rapidly gain knowledge transfer from subject matter experts and system and process design documents.
Complete evaluation of existing materials scope of work and identify gaps and other requirements.
Provide training materials support to include creating updating editing and replacing system screenshots and text to reflect new system functionality and/or policy. materialdevelopment will include but not be limited to:Course Outlines Course Presentations Instructor Guides Participant Guides Job Aids and Course Evaluations utilizing existing templates and source materials.
Coordinate the setup of training that includes the preparation of user workstations password credentials required applications surveys and other logistical components of online and inperson training sessions.
Training resources will support the training lead to coordinate all logistics for end user training including end user identification class schedule management class invitations classroom management computer hardware setup documentation preparation.
Logging of open items tracking of open items to resolution trainee feedback.
Recommended improvements to the training courses/curriculum will be developed and shared with the project team.
Qualifications:
5 Years of Training Material Development experience
5 Years of InstructorLed Training Delivery experience
Software Skills Required:
MS Office Software (PowerPoint MS Word)
