Job Description
St. Matthew Catholic School on the Northside of Indianapolis is hiring a director for our Extended Care program. SMS is a growing school with an enrollment of 360 students in grades preschool through 8th. The ideal candidate will have experience in a childcare setting supervising staff and children OR experience on a school staff. The director is responsible for following established policies training and scheduling staff processing payments and interacting with children and parents. The ideal candidate has a disposition that includes flexibility patience positivity and sensitivity to the needs of the children. He/she should have excellent communication skills.
