We are seeking a strategic and handson Program & Change Lead to drive business readiness adoption and stakeholder engagement for a major
multiyear transformation program replacing key components of our core enterprise platform including ERP POS Order Management
Merch Planning and Product Information Management systems.
This role focuses on leading the change and enablement workstream ensuring impacted teams across the US and Australia are
supported through the transition. Youll work closely with program leadership delivery teams and vendors to embed change planning into
execution while championing a structured yet pragmatic approach to transformation.
