WHAT YOULL DO:
As our Rental Coordinator you will be in a dynamic multifaceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape. Every day you will be responsible for managing inbound rental service and sales by phone and walkin business providing outstanding customer service processing customer orders accurately and efficiently recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely followup on all future customer requests and more! To thrive in this role you must be a detail person enjoy working at a fast pace and have a winning attitude.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word Excel Outlook and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry.
Compensation: $27/hr (Depending on Experience)
