Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated detail oriented individual who enjoys relationship management robust analysis creative problem solving and critical thinking to join our team as a Senior ACS Relationship Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships within your assigned Divisional Sales territory. You will collaborate closely with the Divisional Sales Leader to develop and implement effective relationship strategies. Your primary focus will be on territory management communication responsiveness and efficient problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and nurture relationships within your assigned Divisional Sales territory to drive business success.
  • Develop and execute a relationship strategy in partnership with the Divisional Sales Leader to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee communication responsiveness and problem resolution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and analyze problem resolution trends within the territory to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership and peers to prioritize and manage territory volume.
  • Proactively escalate complex cases to leadership and appropriate control partners as needed.
  • Meet or exceed established communication responsiveness and service level metrics.
  • Actively participate in problem resolution board meetings to discuss issues and recommend solutions.

Skills critical to this career path:

  • Proven experience in a relationship management or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Sales Partners Advisors customer and key business partners.
  • Excellent problemsolving and issue resolution skills with the ability to analyze trends and identify solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of operations or customer servicerelated experience
  • Experience in a sales customer service or relationship focused role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Prudential Annuities products benefits and processes is required.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends relevant to the assigned territory.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $65900.00 to $102200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
