Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Project Manager to join our Workplace Practice Group in Dallas. The successful candidate will have project delivery experience in corporate workplace interiors and will support projects in Dallas Houston and Austin among others. We are looking for a creative organized and selfmotivated individual who is a selfstarter and can work both independently and as part of a team. The candidate should possess strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation and documentation abilities.

The ability to multitask follow through on assignments and meet deadlines is crucial. Additionally strong organizational time management analytical and problemsolving skills are required. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and an excellent team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Role accountabilities:

  • Lead the production of technical drawings and detailed documentation through the Design Development and Construction Document phases
  • Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams facilitating clear communication and incorporating all project requirements effectively.
  • Oversee project timelines budgets and resource allocation to ensure delivery excellence while managing client expectations and project fees

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional Degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 810 years of experience with a strong background in workplace design and project management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word Excel Project and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in REVIT is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fastpaced environment
  • Licensed Architect preferred
  • LEED and/or WELL accreditation preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be geographically located in the Dallas area for travel to active project sites

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $95000 $110000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
