Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial/Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products and industry trends to provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of both commercial and personal clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial and personal lines insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable coverage options.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to develop comprehensive insurance proposals.
- Stay updated on industry regulations market trends and competitive products to offer informed advice to clients.
- Utilize strong sales and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience as an Insurance Producer.
- Previous commercial and/or personal lines experience.
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and insurance carriers.
- Indepth knowledge of insurance products regulations and market trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness/ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business engagements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
