- Build strong rapport with guests to secure service appointments and instill confidence in the dealership
- Utilize CRM software to handle reservations and maintain effective followup
- Make outbound calls to schedule accessories or equipment installation for vehicle purchases
- Gain indepth knowledge of products and services
- Provide a worldclass experience to every guest
- Flexible availability for day evening and weekend shifts (closed Sundays)
