The Senior Lead Advisor interfaces with multiple crossfunctional teams including Marketing Product Development Communications Community Impact and the Healthcare Business Solutions Team. The ability to multitask work effectively in crossfunctional teams knowledge of budgets program reporting volunteer management market research product development and program coordination are essential. The lead will be responsible for overall operations of the grant program including but not limited to: (1) maintaining fiscal oversight and adherence to established budgets (2) development and maintenance of contracts (3) partnership development with community organizations (4) design and conduct of focus groups (5) development of educational curriculum with communitybased partners (6) working with vendors to create new educational products designed for community from start to finish (7) working with the team and community partners to pilot and fully implement educational programs (8) designing and applying metrics to demonstrate success as measured by health impact awareness engagement recruitment and retention as appropriate and (9) responsible for owning and integrating a collaborative matrix team that functions among departments and across the enterprise to meet grant objectives as well as organization goals.
The Senior Lead Advisor will manage the science consultant(s) volunteers and experts who will develop the grant deliverables. The Senior Lead Advisor will also serve as a key liaison and point of contact with the grantor the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry and the Opioid Response Network.
