Job Description
The Opportunity:
In this role you will report to the Supervisor Onsite Services and will work closely with the Avantors Lab and Production Services team of over 1500 on and offsite expert personnel and our customers to perform customized missionbased lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.
Location: Hillsboro OR 97124
Schedule: Mon Fri 5:30 am 2:30 am
Wage: $20 per hour

What were looking for:
High School diploma or GED is required.
1 years of experience in customer service inventory replenishment and/or material handling is required.
Microsoft Suite including Excel is required.
Outstanding communication and follow through skills required.
Excellent attention to detail required.
Able to lift 50 lbs. required.
Customer service focus with the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the customers needs are being met required.
Able to partner with other teams and suppliers and deliver results in a matrix environment balancing multiple internal and external partners required.
Able to adapt emerging standard processes and industry innovations required.
Motivated and enthusiastic about working required.
Proficient in data capture analysis and reporting using various IT systems desired.
Knowledge and understanding of Good Laboratory Standards desired.
In this role you will:
Facilitates orders for consumable inventory replenishment.
Runs customers point of use or stockroom inventory.
Responsible for logistical activities such as shipping and receiving of materials throughcoordination with 3rd party couriers.
Basic order entry and followup on existing backorders.
Handles chemicals including hazardous materials.
Maintains and checks safety stations.
Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
