About the Role
The successful candidate will have the ability to execute and lead small projects through all phases of design documentation and administration as well as actively support large projects within an expanded team setting. This position encourages creativity in problem solving to promote technical and design excellence while ensuring building code and regulatory compliance. Project size type and responsibility will vary including renovation and new construction opportunities. This position will require a high level of coordination with others within a team environment. Project work may include all levels of design including studies conceptual design design development detailed design and construction administration.
