Job Description
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and escorting them to their tables.
- Managing reservations making sure every guest is seated comfortably and fairly.
- Keeping track of special occasions like birthdays and anniversariesbecause every celebration matters!
- Answering phones with a friendly tone and helping guests with reservations and inquiries.
- Knowing the menu inside and out including daily specials and ingredients.
- Ensuring the host stand is always covered and running like clockwork.
- Pulling out chairs and ensuring guests are seated with care.
- Checking in with departing guests to wish them well and hear about their experience.
- Passing along guest feedback and notifying a manager of any concerns.
- A welcoming personality and a passion for great service.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure.
