Concern Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor for the CTAP Program to be responsible for the overall supervision of the CTAP program and responsible for managing the program in a manner that promotes client growth safety and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services.
Position: Program Supervisor Apartment Treatment Program
Location: Port Jefferson NY
Schedule: Tuesday Friday; 9am 5pm & Saturday; 8am 4pm
Salary: $65000/yr.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the provision of direct care services; manage caseloads accordingly; provide direct support to clients during
times of staffing challenges.
Supervise program staff on a weekly basis; provide staff training as needed.
Ensure program compliance with agency standards of care as well as regulatory guidelines including OMHs licensed program
requirements and Medicaid billable services such as:
the provision of 6 services monthly to each client
Service Plans and Reviews according to due date requirements
The obtainment of Physician Authorizations according to due date requirements
Maintain uptodate tracking systems of all documentation due dates to ensure compliance.
Complete periodic staff evaluations; participate in hiring and dismissal of staff.
Ensure staff remain in compliance with agencyissued documentation signoffs and Relias trainings.
Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support.
Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Community Residence Programs.
Requirements: Masters Degree in relevant field preferred. The individual in this position must display effective leadership and supervisory skills and have the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.
