The Leave & Time Off Program Supervisor oversees leave administration for leaves managed by our third-party vendor and leads the FBIN Leave Administration team to ensure that FBIN associates who are on a leave of absence are supported through this process. This role supervises the FBIN Leave Administration team to coordinate and administer all US leaves of absence programs including FMLA ADA Pregnancy Disability Act STD LTD PPL Workers Compensation and related state and local statues for all FBIN associates in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. The Leave & Time Off Program Supervisor will complete the centralization of US leave of absence programs including harmonization of all leave policies and creation of standard operating procedures and play a lead role in any future outsourcing or integration of leave administration or policies. The Leave & Time Off Program Supervisor will also be responsible for ownership of the company time-off programs such as holidays vacation and sick/safe programs. This fast-paced role will provide excellent customer service to our associates while administering or managing all the back-office functions of leave and time off administration and provide guidance and leadership to the leave administrators location HR and people managers.
Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based in Deerfield IL.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70000 USD - $110000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
