- Hybrid but must be local to East Hanover NJ
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of seasonal projects related to commercialization for the confections team.
- Act as the Project Management Office (PMO) for projects focused on product and packaging innovations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize MS Project and Microsoft Office tools (OneNote Outlook Teams etc.) to track project timelines deliverables and communications.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and changes.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive project success.
Shift
- Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 510 years of project management experience particularly in commercialization projects.
- Proven experience in product and packaging changes and innovation.
- Strong understanding of the endtoend commercialization process.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry particularly with product and packaging changes.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite (OneNote Outlook Teams etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Expertise with project management methodologies and best practices.
