Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program (business communications hospitality leadership or related fields preferred)
- Passionate about service and leadership
- Strong communicators and team players
- Dependable and organized with good time management skills
- Quick learners who are curious and eager to grow personally and professionally
- Available for flexible scheduling including some mornings afternoons or Saturdays
- Previous work or volunteer experience in customer service leadership or team environments is a plus but not required
What Youll Do:
- Train with top Leaders and Directors
- Serve guests through ChickfilAs Core 4 and 2nd Mile Service
- Support marketing community events and team culture
- Dive into real business analytics and daily operations
- Receive leadership coaching and mentorship
