Position Summary

As the Communications and Change Management Lead for the Business of IT program you will play a critical role in driving sustained adoption of new capabilities and tools that will advance how the global IT organization plans and delivers work. This role is responsible for the development and delivery of a change management plan including impact assessment stakeholder analysis training plan and strategic communications strategy to ensure stakeholder communities are aware engaged and ready to work in new ways with new tools. Demonstrating program value with success stories and testimonials will also be critical for this role. This role will support the Business of IT program and report to the Executive Director of IT Strategic Communications and Change Management.This managerial position is responsible for leading and overseeing a fulltime employee (FTE) and contingent workers ensuring effective collaboration and performance across team members.

Principal Responsibilities

Change Management Lead

  • Assess the impact of Business of IT initiatives on people processes and systems and develop change management strategies to address potential resistance and drive adoption of new ways of working

  • Establish and maintain a consolidated view of change initiatives across the value team

  • Leverage change management frameworks including selfservice tools stakeholder assessments change impacts readiness assessments and training plans to support adoption of the capabilities and tools delivered by the BIT program

  • Coach project team members to enable effective communications and drive customerfocused messaging

  • Design and analyze stakeholder surveys to assess perceptions impacts and readiness for change and provide datadrive recommendations

Communications Lead

  • Develop and implement communications strategies for the program in partnership with Enterprise Architecture team Finance team and other key stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain an integrated view of planned communications across the Business of IT workstreams to ensure synchronicity and coordination

  • Develop and maintain a framework for monitoring the success of communications efforts

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop communications messaging and presentations for diverse audiences across multiple channels

Strategy and Execution Focus

  • Work closely with Business of IT Director to ensure strategic alignment and promote consistent communication and understanding of key program initiatives and core capabilities

  • Partner with program enablement team to ensure effective operating rhythm across the BIT program and identify areas for improvement

  • Develop and sustain crossfunctional stakeholder relationships to monitor the implementation of critical strategic initiatives ensure alignment drive continuous prioritization and support risk management as needed

  • Engage with program leaders to drive alignment and support active sponsorship

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business organizational change communications or related discipline

Basic Skills and Requirements:

  • Able to quickly grasp information and develop clear communication with minimal guidance.

  • Outstanding attention to detail.

  • Selfmotivated individual requiring minimal direction.

  • Proven ability to develop successful working relationships with senior executives.

  • Expert judgment in critical decisionmaking on issues impacting reputation.

  • Portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to tell complex stories in relatable terms.

  • Experience working on both Agile and Waterfall deployments.

Required Skills and Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in change management and communications supporting change initiatives

  • Expertise and demonstrated experience in delivering organizational change management and communications plans to support adoption of business capabilities and tools

  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fastpaced collaborative deadlineoriented environment.

  • Personal accountability autonomy leadership teaming and organizational skills

  • Balance operational and strategic priorities in a fastpaced environment with multiple stakeholders and various levels of leadership

  • Demonstrate active listening skills to learn understand and translate business needs into actionable plans and ensure solutions are customer focused

  • Tailor and deliver communications for specific audiences demonstrating a deep understanding of stakeholder needs

  • Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors which may include but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidates relevant skills experience and education.

Expected US salary range:

$126500.00 $199100.00
