About the Role:
AttainX is seeking a motivated Junior Statistician to support the analysis of USCIS operational data and assist in developing statistical models for policy evaluation and process improvement. This entrylevel position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative datadriven environment while working on impactful federal projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Data Science or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in statistical analysis data interpretation or related coursework/internships.
- Familiarity with statistical software and data analysis tools (e.g. R Python SAS SPSS).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Basic understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse teams.
- U.S. Citizen able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to federal data policies compliance standards or prior experience supporting government agencies.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining statistical models under senior team guidance.
- Conduct basic data analysis forecasting and trend evaluations.
- Support data visualization and reporting tasks to communicate findings clearly.
- Collaborate with USCIS teams and internal stakeholders on datadriven initiatives.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in data collection and analysis methods.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in data analytics and statistical methodologies.
