Job Description
Fix Auto Body in Scottsdale is looking for a Parts Assistant
Most Job Duties include;
- Checking in ordered parts to make sure they match damaged parts removed from vehicle
- Matching parts to invoice that all parts were received that were charged on invoice
- Organizing parts and placing in proper locations
- Posting data entry posting parts invoices in computer
- Sending returned parts back to vendors and following up that credits are issued
- Other general daily tasks for parts department
Experienced in Parts Department is required
Experience in Body Shop Parts a BIG plus
Experience with CCC Management and/or Dealertrack a Huge Plus
This is for a Body Shop parts position at Fix Auto Body located at Mark KIA
