Job Description
Our fullservice autorepair shop dedicated to serving the Ravenna community and surrounding areas is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an individual with exceptional automotive repair and maintenance skills who is eager to grow and take on new challenges. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of vehicles and complex jobs alongside a motivated and dedicated group of teammates.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models.
Collaborate with team members to ensure highquality service and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranging from $23 to $35 with the option for bonuses.
Flat rate with accelerators up to $8 per hour and a biweekly guarantee.
Average annual income between $54600 and $89440.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Skills:
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
