Job Description
A leading California law firm is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join its dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for injured clients and manage a diverse caseload from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of personal injury cases including auto accidents slip and falls premises liability and related matters.
- Conduct case evaluations gather and examine evidence and provide legal advice to clients.
- Handle negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements.
- Prepare and file pleadings motions and other legal documents.
- Represent clients at depositions mediations settlement conferences and court appearances.
- Maintain regular communication with clients ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
- Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to advance case progress and maintain organized files.
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and procedures.
- Excellent negotiation written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Commitment to client service integrity and achieving results.
Preferred Attributes:
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Empathetic and clientfocused approach.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
Salary: $130000$170000
