Senior Associate Marketing Foodservice & Retail
Factors Foodservice&Retail channel brings readytoheat meals to universities gyms hotels and other nontraditional outlets. Reporting to the Sr. Manager Business Development Foodservice & Retail youll develop eyecatching highimpact merchandising programs for Factor onsite and at industry events. Your work will drive Factor product sales fuel brand awareness and will equip our partners with everything they need to succeed.
You will
- Design & deploy onsite merchandising work with creative agencies and our internal brand team to create signage fridge wraps shelftalkers QR displays and digital screen assets; tailor each kit to the venues layout and audience.
- Plan sampling & activation events run tasting tables and nutrition popups manage staffing and supplies and capture feedback to boost trial and repeat sales.
- Manage vendors & installations source print vendors control budgets and coordinate install timelines with site managers to ensure flawless execution.
- Track sellthrough & optimize pull daily/weekly POS data analyze velocity and adjust planograms SKUs or promotional messaging to maximize turnover.
- Support trade shows & collateral attend and lead trade booth designs giveaways and sales materials
- Protect and amplify the brand enforce brandguideline compliance gather photo/video assets for social proof and share merchandising best practices across locations.

- Energized by travel and handson work in the field

You have
- 3 years in retail or CPG field marketing / merchandising ideally with food or beverage brands
- A portfolio of POS displays or onsite activations you helped create and execute
- Basic design skills (Canva Adobe) and strong Excel/GoogleSheets proficiency
- Experience managing print vendors installers and activation budgets
- Comfort interpreting sales data and translating insights into merchandising changes
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to partner sites and industry events
