Job Description
Senior Associate Supply Chain & Logistics Foodservice & Retail
Factors Foodservice&Retail channel brings readytoheat meals to universities gyms hotels and other nontraditional outlets. Reporting to the SupplyChain&Logistics (NewChannels) youll turn locationlevel forecasts into on time deliveriesbalancing service cost and product quality. Your work keeps fridges stocked partners happy and COGS in check as the channel scales.
You will
- Manage lastmile logistics for foodservice partners schedule outbound loads confirm dock appointments and coordinate with 3PLs and receiving teams on delivery windows and access rules.
- Delivery Monitoring across all channels closely monitor weekly deliveries to hundreds of business customers and coordinate with HelloFresh logistics teams to ensure delivery SLAs are met; flag risks early and lead rootcause reviews.
- Fulfillment Process Planning coordinate with production teams in our DCs to ensure that products for Factor New Channels are being produced and packed according to schedule
- Document & improve processes write SOPs train partners on Factor requirements and support newlocation launches with clear playbooks and checklists.
- New Supply Chain Initiatives support the execution of new supply chain initiatives like new product launch new partner onboarding express delivery etc.
You are
- A problemsolver who loves turning data into actionable plans
- Calm under pressureable to resolve late trucks short ships or temp alarms on the fly
- A clear crossfunctional communicator who translates ops realities for Sales and Partner Success teams
- Detailoriented and processminded always looking to tighten SOPs and cut waste
- Comfortable working with carriers 3PLs and site managers to balance service and cost
- Curious and continuousimprovement focused eager to test and refine new workflows
You have
- 24years in supplychain logistics or inventory planning (food or CPG preferred)
- Handson experience with WMS/TMS systems and basic demandplanning tools (Excel/Sheets; Tableau; SQL a plus)
- Familiarity with coldchain best practices and temperaturemonitoring tech
- A track record of hitting OTIF fillrate or freightcost targets in a fastmoving environment
- Strong analytical skillscomfortable building pivot tables and variance analyses
- Willingness to travel 10% to partner sites DCs and carrier facilities
