Description
- Previous security related experience preferred but not required
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required
- 10key and computer skills required
- Ability to handle conflict
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Communication skillswritten and verbal
- Ability to speak multiple languages is preferred but not required
- Selfstarter and Team player
- Strong leadership / management skills
- Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
- Reliable attendance record
- Must be able to pass a Background Check
- Must be able to work in security guard shacks security vehicles in hot and cold conditions
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to walk run sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment
- Paid Time Off: vacation and company observed holidays
- 401(k): Company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule
- Base Salary range of ($49k 55k)
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to patriciate in the Companys annual bonus plan the amount of the bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
