Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):*Serve as a positive and collaborative member of the LS community*Plans lessons that meet the individual needs interests and abilities of the students*Creates a classroom environment that is inclusive and productive and maintains appropriate standards of classroom behavior*Provides timely and appropriate feedback to students with progress reports as needed*Communicates with parents to discuss student progress*Pursues professional growth through activities in and out of school*Cooperates with other professional staff in supporting student learning*All other duties as assignedQualifications:*Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred from an accredited college or university*Licensed or eligible for licensure in Latin and Classical Humanities 512 by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education*Dual certification in Spanish preferred.
