About the Opportunity
Student Tracking
Registration checks and outreach to learners
Helping students link to Coursera
Checking transcripts and credential evaluation
Tracking and processing learner matriculation
Updating student tracking documents
Track and outreach learners taking break from coursework
Learner Support
Manage shared learner inboxes
Hold checkin appointments with students
Hold office hours and group sessions for learners
Other duties as needed
