Location: Roswell GA (100% InOffice)

About the Role
Were looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an EntryLevel Account Executive. If youre ready to start your career in sales build real relationships and be part of a collaborative team that values growth this is the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role youll connect with clients to understand their staffing needs and help deliver customized solutions that truly make a difference. Youll learn from industry experts and gain handson experience in a supportive fastpaced environment where your voice and ideas are welcomed.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with clients by understanding their staffing goals.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking referrals and outreach.
  • Work closely with our internal team to develop creative tailored staffing solutions.
  • Help companies fill critical roles by matching them with top technical talent.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through effective communication and strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A people personyou enjoy building relationships and earning trust.
  • Motivated coachable and eager to grow in a sales career.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fastmoving environment.

A Day in the Life

  • Talk with clients to learn about their current hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to craft the best possible staffing solutions.
  • Follow up on leads schedule meetings and keep detailed notes in our CRM/ATS.
