Some responsibilities of position:
- Manage a caseload by taking individuals to appointments and medical treatments
- Evaluate need for healthrelated equipment
- Participates in care planning meetings with those involved in the medical care of person
- Monitor treatment practices of DSPs
- Ensures Fraser individuals receive the best care in regard to their medical treatment needs!
Requires:
- RN certification
- 2 years working with individuals with disabilities
- 2 years professional nursing in public health
- Must be compassionate and have a great attitude!
