- Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure all details have been completed in compliance with the specific scope or work.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings on the spot corrections counseling and retraining on unsafe practices with all employees.
- Understand that challenges are opportunities provide effective solutions to assist manager and staff in resolving issues that arise and make recommendations for improved efficiencies.
- Execute policies procedures and changes to ensure sustainable and costeffective use of staffs time supplies equipment and processes.
- Help complete deliverables in clients agreement/statement of work to the highest possible standards.
- Ability to coach motivate develop and lead teams.
- Other duties as needed.
Work Location:Chillicothe OH 45601
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in commercial cleaning.
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- Strong commitment to highlevel service and quality standards.
