Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and support clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions equity capital markets and private equity transactions.
- Draft review and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
- Provide strategic legal guidance that aligns with the business objectives of clients.
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple departments to deliver comprehensive and effective legal solutions.
