At NEXT were looking for an experienced and proactiveFinance Operations Team Leader Compliance to join our dynamic Finance Operations team.
This is abusinesscritical role responsible for overseeing the onboarding and ongoing risk monitoring of over 5000 key suppliers and customers ofNext. Youll lead a dedicated team of three ensuring that all compliance processes are completed efficiently and accurately while working closely with our Compliance Legal and Business teams as well as our Strategic Suppliers.
Please note this is an office based role
What Youll Be Doing:- Leading and developing a highperforming team responsible for the endtoend onboarding and maintenance of our supplier and customer base.
- Taking ownership of team performance driving continual improvement and fostering a proactive problemsolving culture.
- Managing compliance workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of due diligence checks and ongoing monitoring.
- Supporting the business by providing clear riskinformed advice and escalating concerns when needed.
- Building strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and maintenance processes.
- Playing a key role in our upcoming ERP transition by becoming a system superuser and leading training for your team.
What Were Looking For:- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record in operational team management.
- A track record in supplier onboarding risk management and working within regulated environments (e.g. financial services) is a strong advantage.
- A logical analytical mindset with the ability to interpret vetting and compliance documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and managing a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
