Job Description

Cherry Fields Primary is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic After School Club Manager to join our team on a permanent parttime basis working weekdays from 14:45pm to 18:15pm.

Your opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the After School Club at Cherry Fields Primary creating a safe stimulating and nurturing environment for our children. As After School Club Manager you will take responsibility for the daytoday running and longterm development of the provision planning engaging activities promoting positive behaviour and ensuring high standards of care. You will also work closely with parents staff and the wider school community to support each childs wellbeing and development while overseeing administration safeguarding and staff supervision. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about making a difference in childrens lives within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

What we are looking for

  • Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
  • NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)
  • Uptodate Safeguarding training
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and encourage engaging inclusive play
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Friendly approachable and resilient with a supportive team spirit
  • Committed to maintaining a safe inclusive and nurturing environment
