- Plusup to 8200 per year in tips (paid weekly based on last years earnings) giving total potential earnings of 39500 per year

Were looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work in our Rick Stein Bistro in the heart of Padstow Cornwall.

What youll be getting up to
- Supporting with running our restaurant and making our guests smile
- Delivering the highest standard of service and demonstrating the ability to wow our guests
- Motivating your team by providing excellent support and training
- Inspiring confidence in your team by listening to feedback and making improvements
- Reviewing customer feedback communicating to the team and rewarding as appropriate
- Effectively planning and delegating activities to your team and maintaining our high standards
Youll need to have worked as a supervisor assistantmanageror senior waiter before.

Our Story
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975 and today we employ over 600 happy staffacross restaurants hotel rooms cookery school and and Jill are still heavily involved in the business as are their three sons EdJackand Charlie and they want this to be the best place youve ever worked.

- Parking there is plenty of free parking available in Padstow.
- Travel to work Padstow is on the bus route from Bodmin Wadebridge and Newquay with regular buses throughout the day.
- You can cycle safely to work from Bodmin and Wadebridge to Padstow along the Camel Trail.

St Petrocs Bistro was the second of Rick Stein and Jill Steins restaurants opened in 1988. Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain France Spain and Italy. In 2016 Rubys Bar was opened next door to St Petrocs Bistro our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petrocs Bistro and Rubys Bar.
