JOB DESCRIPTION Junior IT Enterprise Systems Engineer
Location: London United Kingdom (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
Division: Ticketmaster International International IT
Contract Terms: Fixed Term Contract (6months) 40 hours per week
THE TEAM
The International IT team ensures Live Nation Entertainment receives bestinclass IT services and support across the international regions of EMEA APAC and this team the IT Enterprise Systems function consists of specialists managing critical services including Amazon Web Services (AWS) Microsoft Office 365 Tanium Trend products and Windows infrastructure.
THE JOB
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Enterprise Systems Engineer to support and troubleshoot our public and private cloud infrastructures essential to the daily operations of our business in the EMEA region.
This is a handson support and engineering role where youll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies such as AWS Office 365 Active Directory Windows Server and endpoint security tools while collaborating with our regional IT teams and ensuring compliance with global IT standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues raised through the teams support queue.
Collaborate with regional IT teams to deliver reliable IT support across EMEA.
Perform system updates patches and configurations using approved tools.
Monitor and maintain cloudbased platforms such as AWS and Office 365.
Support networking security and application platforms in line with policy.
Ensure all technology usage aligns with companywide security standards.
Assist with business integrations and infrastructurerelated projects.
Track and report on metrics compliance and service effectiveness.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
Follow change control procedures to ensure reliable system modifications.
Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Experience or strong interest in Amazon Microsoft or Google cloud technologies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and Collaboration tools.
Previous helpdesk or support experience desirable.
Basic understanding of networking Windows Server and Active Directory.
Willingness to work toward certifications in AWS or Microsoft technologies.
Ability to follow structured processes and document clearly.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
