As an Orange Door Practitioner you will operate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide highquality safe and effective responses to children young people and families facing family violence.
In this role you will also focus specifically on the provision of services to vulnerable families who require extra support with the care development and wellbeing of infants children and young people.

In addition to your base hourly rate (SCHADS Level 5) and super youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your takehome pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
