Your work environment:
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Groups global strategy the application of its standards the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities) which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.
Within the Group you will join the Group Risk Management which develops the risk framework in terms of limits/thresholds (financial insurance and operational risks) standards minimum requirements or processes and oversees the operating entities adherence to the framework supported by the local risk management teams. Risk management is coordinating the second line of defense.
Within the Group Risk Management family you will be part of the Group Internal Control and Operational Risk team which is responsible for providing reasonable assurance regarding the achievement of objectives relating to operations reporting and compliance.
The internal control framework is covering a wide diversity of business areas and related risks with the objective to maintain risks within agreed risk tolerance and reduce operational losses.
Within this Department the Group Internal Financial Control (IFC) team is composed of three teams respectively in charge of Solvency 2 IFRS and Sustainability Reporting control programs. These teams are currently based in Paris (France) and Pune (India) and aim to extend to Madrid to create synergies with the GIE AXA teams based in Spain namely the Internal Model Review (IMR) team in charge of indepth actuarial review of the Internal Model.
Your job and daily missions:
Group IFC Program:
o Actively participate in managing ITrelated aspects of the Program including scoping timelines instructions and reporting.
o Engage in the review and enhancement of the existing control framework focusing on IT General Controls (ITGC) and End User Computing (EUC) Risk and Control Libraries.
o Assist in drafting various IFC reports and syntheses for the ITrelated sections and contribute to postcampaign analyses.
o Serve as the IT Program Expert for assigned entities fostering synergies within the team.
o Monitor the remediation of IT deficiencies particularly those identified in previous years.
o Provide support to assigned entities during the final stages of their IT testing conclusions and projects.
o Contribute to Community calls by preparing and communicating key messages.
o Offer support and constructive challenge to local IFC functions concerning their ITrelated programs.
o Encourage entities to enhance the quality of their deliverables including testing outcomes and management reports.
o Assist the Group Head of IFC in maintaining regular communication with external auditors.
o Contribute to supporting internal and external audit missions.
Coordination and management
o Support the Group Head of IFC in managing the IFC team based in India leading IFC work on behalf of AXA Group (defining the IT testing strategy following up the IT testing progress process and controls transfers)
o Foster relationships with internal service providers (AXA Group Business Services & AXA Group Operations) regarding budget scope agreements and SAS report reviews ensuring timely and highquality reporting.
Project management
o Organize communication initiatives to raise awareness of IFC across the Group (e.g. IC/IFC conferences IC guidelines IFC induction courses) and facilitate IFC projects.

Lets talk about you:
Technical and professional skills
3 years of audit or internal control testing.
Strong knowledge of IT related activities and controls (professional certifications such as CISA or CISM are a plus).
Experience in international and transversal project management.
Effective communication and writing in English (including conference meetings presentation reports guidance standards). French is a plus.
Interpersonal skills
The person must be able to work in an international environment with a great number of interlocutors.
Strong interpersonal skills to reach objectives while maintaining an effective level of communication.
Reliable proactive flexible and curious.
Resultoriented able to anticipate and timely solve problems.
Team spirit is a must as well as positive mindset.
