Work 2040 hours per week during the summer over a combination of days afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Extend your availability to work parttime up to 20 hours per week during May September and October too and well do our best to accommodate your desired work schedule as long as you have availability to work evenings and weekends.
If you are friendly outgoing and have a passion for great food and service the St. James Hotel would like to talk with you about our Seasonal Banquet Cook position.
Assist the Banquet Chef and work as a part of well executed small culinary team. Prepare foods for Banquets and Catering orders for groups of 15 to 250 as well as multiple groups at once while following health and sanitation guidelines at all times. Accurately and efficiently cook hot and cold food products plate and hold food for large plated parties and buffets deliver food to locations within the hotel and occasionally off site. Work mostly weekends no later than 10:00 PM with a team geared towards executing delicious high quality volume food and superb presentation.
