Job Description

Weve created a new team within our Global sales function that will follow up on leads and actively seek new business. The team is Customer Acquisition and the role were recruiting for is for a New Customer Specialist which is a crucial role for driving new revenue by engaging with and converting qualified inbound leads into longterm customers.

As part of the Customer Acquisition Team youll collaborate closely with Marketing Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations to optimize lead conversion enhance engagement strategies and deliver a customercentric experience. Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn the Insights suite of products and programs is essential to effectively position solutions for prospective customers.

Youll be rewarded with a basic annual salary that is estimated to be between $80 $100k commission Insights company benefits. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Engage inbound leads to qualify nurture and convert them into customers.
  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Assess potential customers needs and readiness leveraging lead scoring and datadriven insights to prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to highpotential prospects through various channels including phone email LinkedIn and industry events.
  • Seamless Customer Experience: Ensure smooth transitions at each stage of the customer journeyfrom initial engagement qualification NCS interaction and eventual handoff to an AM.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Work with Revenue Operations to refine lead conversion strategies and align sales tactics with marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Enablement: Partner with Marketing and Sales Enablement to develop and refine sales collateral and customer engagement decks to enhance the new customer engagement process.
  • Performance Tracking & CRM Utilization: Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM SalesLoft LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to track engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Marketing & Sales Synergy: Work in tandem with Marketing to ensure lead quality content alignment and optimized sales enablement tools.
  • DataDriven Decision Making: Track and analyse key sales metrics to continuously improve the lead conversion process.
  • Proficiency in Insights Products & Programs: Maintain uptodate knowledge of the Insights suite of solutions to effectively communicate their value and align offerings with customer needs.

How Youll Be Measured

  • Lead Conversion Metrics: Achievement of targets for qualified lead conversion.
  • Pipeline Development: Growth and management of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement & Experience: Tracking improvements in response times and conversion rates.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Regularly achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as opportunity creation conversion rates and revenue contribution.
  • Collaboration & Strategic Impact: Effectiveness in working with Marketing and Sales Enablement to refine demand generation strategies and develop effective sales collateral.

Qualifications :

Key Competencies

  • Lead Qualification & Sales Engagement: Extensive experience managing & converting qualified leads and moving them through the sales funnel.
  • Product & Solution Expertise: Ability to explain product value conduct consultations and tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • CrossTeam Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with Marketing Sales Enablement and Ops to align and optimize customer engagement strategies
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) Sales Automation tools (SalesLoft) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Consultative Selling & Product Knowledge: Experience conducting product consultations and valuebased selling.
  • CRM & Sales Technology Proficiency: Strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SalesLoft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • CustomerFocused Sales Approach: Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects ensuring a customercentric sales process.


Additional Information :

Locations: We employ in the following states: Colorado Connecticut Florida Indiana Michigan North Carolina Oklahoma Pennsylvania South Carolina Tennessee Texas Utah Washington State. Whilst the role is remote we do have an office in Austin that you can visit as often as you like as we have daily presence MondayFriday. 

Reward: Youll be rewarded with a basic annual salary estimated to be between $80 $100k commission
