Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced technical leader to help us successfully deliver bestinclass digital experience platform builds for our clients. The Frontend Engineering Lead is a hybrid role expected to advise clients on best practice architecture decisions and lead frontend Engineering teams on coding and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Consult clients on frontend architecture patterns and practices
.
Establish frontend architecture and code organization for client web applications
.
Convert design artifacts to frontend requirements and reusable web components
.
Lead front end development on client projects ensuring teams meet sprint commitments
.
Collaborate on and offproject with domestic and offshore team members
.
Set standards for frontend coding patterns and practices
.
Proactively enable team members to develop accessible web applications
.
Serve as a manager and coach to less senior team members
Critical Competencies
.
Frontend development for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
.
JavaScript driven enterprise web applications using a mainstream framework (e.g. React)
.
Modern frontend build tools and task runners to optimize development and deployment
.
Web development practices to achieve and validate WCAG AA level accessibility
.
Ability to provide estimates with varying levels of ambiguity
.
Energy and enthusiasm to create value internally and for clients
Qualifications
7 years in software engineering with proven success in a leadership role
.
Experience in a clientfacing role consulting preferred
.
Comfortable working in an iterative agile environment
