Job Description
Client is seeking three (3) technically proficient LabVantage LIMS Specialists with 3 5 years of experience to support ongoing system operations enhancements and upgrades. This role focuses exclusively on technical expertise within LabVantage and will operate on a second shift (2 PM 11 PM rotating) schedule. Ideal candidates will have strong configuration and support experience in a GxP-regulated lab environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for LabVantage LIMS including upgrades enhancements and day-to-day operations.
- Configure and support LabVantage modules such as:
- Sample Management.
- Results Analysis.
- Lab Workflow.
- Release & Stability Management.
- Lab Execution Systems (LES) / Electronic. Lab Notebooks (ELN).
- Translate business needs and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Support validation activities including documentation and execution aligned with CSV and system lifecycle requirements.
- Document and present technical issues and solutions to business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with managed services and platform/database support teams on enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with GxP regulations internal audit and quality standards.
- 3 5 years of hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS (technical focus).
- Proven ability to configure LIMS modules and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience working in regulated environments; familiarity with CSV and GxP.
- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM 11 PM) on a rotational basis.
