Job Description
RN MedSurg Acute Care/Observation Unit RNs for Nights. Our census is growing due to increase in Ortho surgerys this time of year Hybrid Cath Lab procedures/surgerys and acute/chronic illnesses. Come help us out and play in the Colorado Mountains! Housing Posibility: Valley View has newly remodeled studio apartments available iterally 1/2 block from the hospital for $1700/month (studio) and $1900/month (1bedroom) includes WiFi utilities onsite laundry room and fully furnished. No deposit just move in ready! Available to Travelers during their assignment. Based on availability. The Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care/MedSurg Adult is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to patients. The nurse will use their specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states to plan coordinate implement and evaluate patient care utilizing the nursing process. SHIFT: 12hour night shift including weekend rotation; must agree to be in the call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2week period (following VV s pay schedule) in place of guaranteed hours that week; if requested due to staffing needs. EXPERIENCE: Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of Acute Care/Med Surge/Telemetry or similar RN experience REQUIRED. CERTS: Current RN License to work in Colorado.
