Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect with FSO Experience
Location: 100% Remote (Stanford CT)
Long Term Contract W2 / C2C

ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist FSO or relevant domain certifications preferred.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Financial Service Operations (FSO) to lead the design development and implementation of scalable FSO solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture field service processes and best practices to drive value for both internal teams and external clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Overall IT experience: 12-15 Years
  • 7-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform including at least 2 years focused on Financial Service Operations (FSO).
  • Must have at least 1-3 Years of experience as an Architect - ServiceNow architecture and solution design.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • Solid understanding of financial services business processes such as onboarding customer service and compliance.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow FSO module and associated features (dispatch console work orders geolocation mobile apps).
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Architecture & Development: Design develop test and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions tailored to ITSM and FSO environments. Transform business requirements into scalable digital workflows that improve operational performance.
  • Custom Scripting & Process Automation: Develop and maintain UI policies client scripts script includes and business rules to enhance user interaction and enforce data integrity. Leverage Flow Designer and legacy Workflow modules to automate complex processes reduce manual load and drive process excellence.
  • Integration & API Management: Build robust integrations connecting ServiceNow with external applications via REST API and scripted REST APIs ensuring seamless data interchange with ERP CRM CMDB and other enterprise systems. Configure custom Workspaces that aggregate insights through performance analytics and streamlined dashboards.
  • FSO-Specific Developments: Implement and optimize financial services operations modules including dispute and case management functionalities to support compliance and risk management. Customize dashboards and analytic reports to provide financial operations with real-time performance monitoring and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with ITIL best practices as well as industry-specific financial workflows. Document changes adhere to coding standards and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
