About the role...
Were looking for a strategic datadriven Director of User Acquisition to lead Duolingos global user acquisition efforts across 100 markets. In this role youll be responsible for all mobile acquisition campaigns manage an eightfigure annual budget and work closely with our agency partners and internal teams. This is a unique opportunity to help scale one of the worlds most beloved and innovative brands making a real impact on millions of learners worldwide.
You will...
- Own and scale Duolingos global performance marketing strategy with a primary focus on growth through mobile user acquisition.
- Lead and mentor a growing team of performance marketers while managing Duolingos performance marketing agency partners.
- Strategically run and optimize mobile install campaigns across major platformssuch as Google UAC and AppLovinfocusing on highquality installs efficient spend and sustainable global growth.
- Leverage deep datadriven insights to guide decisions constantly improving key KPIs like CPI retention and monetization metrics.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with teams across Marketing Analytics Creative Engineering and Finance to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Champion a culture of experimentation continuously testing new channels creative approaches and optimization strategies to unlock new growth opportunities.
You have...
- 7 years of experience running largescale global mobile acquisition campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in mobile attribution and marketing analytics.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire manage and grow teams and external partners.
- A successful track record of owning and optimizing large performance marketing budgets.
- Exceptional ability to craft and execute growth strategies aligned with broader business objectives.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem including platforms attribution technologies industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- A strong drive to make an impact a handson approach to experimentation a lowego attitude and a genuine passion for teamwork and collaboration.
