Summer Textbook Team Student WorkerGENERAL INFORMATIONTitle: Summer Textbook Team Student WorkerDepartment:Information Technology CenterSalary Grade: Hourly
FLSA Status: NonExemptSite/Location: Information Technology CenterReports to:Textbook Coordinator and Instructional Asset ManagerDate:5/12/2025POSITION SUMMARY

To assist with textbook inventory barcoding new textbook inventory sorting summer consumableorders and other tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Textbook inventory and repair.
  • Preparing new textbooks and consumables for deployment.
  • Removal of nonadapted books and materials.
  • Delivery of textbook materials when needed.
  • Assisting the IT team as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Eligible students will be in good standing with school Administrators; be a licensed driver or have reliabletransportationto and from work MondayFriday; must be able to lift up to 20 pounds; must be able to work both as part of a team or independentlyas needed.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to accurately sort label and shelve textbooks.
  • Understanding of inventory systems or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
